About Pauline’s French Macarons

Bonjour! I’m Pauline, the owner and baker behind Pauline’s French Macarons.

Originally from the Alps in France, I moved to Canada in 2006. While I embraced my new Canadian lifestyle, I found myself missing the incredible pastries from back home. That longing led me to the joy of baking.

In 2014, I founded Pauline’s French Macarons in Golden, driven by a passion for fine pastries. French macarons quickly became both a challenge and a delight, inspiring me to expand my offerings to include a variety of authentic French treats.

As a mother of four, I understand the importance of balancing quality and convenience, which is why I focus on creating desserts that are both indulgent and easy to enjoy. During the summer months, I source fresh fruits and herbs straight from my own large garden, ensuring that my pastries are infused with the best seasonal flavors.

Today, I create an array of pastries, custom birthday and wedding cakes, and delicious desserts for all occasions. Whether you're celebrating a special moment or simply indulging, I’m here to bring a taste of France to your table.

Our ingredients

We take pride in crafting our pastries with only the finest ingredients.

We use Barry and Callebaut chocolate, renowned for their exceptional quality, rich flavors, and smooth textures—trusted by pastry chefs and chocolatiers worldwide. Our pastries are also made with free-run eggs and, whenever possible, locally sourced ingredients to ensure the best taste and quality.
